Classes of Members

There are three classes of membership within the association. Which are:

EAM -Ercaan accredited Member

People who want to invest in, or start businesses abroad. Expected to support the development.

EAA- Ercaan Associate Member

For the persons whose jobs require a minimum work experience that are not temporary or seasonal.

EFA-Ercaan Fellow Agent

We consult for permanent residents visa documents issued to immigrants under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Our Membership Categories

Registration is open to any Real Estate Professional within and outside the Country.

Certificated Member

People who want to invest in, or start businesses abroad. Expected to support the development.

Registration Fee: N20,000
Corporate Member

For the persons whose jobs require a minimum work experience that are not temporary or seasonal.

Registration Fee: N50,000
Honorary Member

We consult for permanent residents visa documents issued to immigrants under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Registration Fee: Not Specified
Foriegn Member

Permit To Work Refers to management systems used to ensure that work is done safely & efficiently.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

The Membership Fee is a one-time payment but there will be recurring annual subscriptions and dues

  • Make payment of the Registration Fee for your desired category.
  • Download and print out the Application Form from our website..
  • Attach 2 Passport Photographs.
  • Attach Photocopy of Business Registration (CAC) for corporate entities.
  • Attach a Photocopy of Identity Card E.g(Voter's Card, National ID Card, etc).
  • Attach A copy of complementary card.
  • Attach Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from Government Official, ERCAAN Member, etc.
  • Fill and submit physically to the ERCAAN Secretariat or send through courier to:

The Association was formed , registered and incorporated in the interest of Nigeria Real Estate Agents who engage in genuine and honest real estate property business practise and are prepared to professionalize their real esytate agency, by rendering honest and quick services to their clients within their environment and beyond irrespective of nationality, tribe and sex.
