HOW TO JOIN
The Estate, Rent & Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) membership is open to every Nigerian citizen who are into real estate business as well as corporate bodies and foreign firms.
Below are the categories of membership.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION:
The Membership Fee is a one-time payment but there will be recurring annual
subscriptions and dues.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
– Make payment of the Registration Fee for your desired category.
– Download and print out the Application Form from our website.
– Attach the following particulars:
i. 2 Passport Photographs
ii. Photocopy of Business Registration (CAC) for corporate entities
iii. Photocopy of Identity Card (Voter’s Card, National ID Card, etc)
iv. A copy of complementary card
v. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from Government Official, ERCAAN
Member, etc.
– Fill and submit physically to the ERCAAN Secretariat or send through courier to:
